014--Stress Management

This seminar was developed as a direct result of working with customer service and collection sections of different companies. It begins with an understanding that stress is your body’s natural reaction to any demand. Whether it is positive or negative -- physical or mental it is still stress. Attendees will learn how stress kicks in their “fight or flight” mechanism. They will also discover that their body reacts to perceived or imagined stress exactly the same as it does to actual stress. They learn about good and bad stress and their effect on the body. Finally, I demonstrate several methods of preventing and relieving stress once it occurs. I usually end this seminar with soft music while everyone performs a relaxation technique.

This training is particularly useful for anyone who finds them self in a very stress-filled job or has a lot of stress in their home life.
