This seminar addresses all these issues. The training begins with instruction in establishing rapport using Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP). You will learn how to determine whether a person communicates visually, auditorily, or kinesthetically and how to use this knowledge along with the skill of Mirroring to establish rapport almost effortlessly.
The second hour is a compilation of the most effective self-motivation techniques I have discovered in my travels and studies in human behavior.
Module three covers how to identify four basic personality types and how to handle each type. This training combined with NLP is extremely powerful when attempting to persuade someone to accept your offer or services.
The next three training modules are a course in Strategic Persuasion. It begins with a description of the concept of Strategic Persuasion and the Ten Key Points of Selling. It is followed by training in advanced sales, overcoming objections, and closing the sale.
The next two modules are Dynamic Presentation skills and Planning & Time Managment.
